We understand the initial hesitation that may be experienced by girls wishing to train given jiu jitsu is close contact and historically male dominated.  For this reason we offer female only classes for further support and encouragement. 

 

We find that with a little support along with Portal's safe and ego-free learning environment, it is not long before girls realise the confidence to jump into the mixed classes too.
